Cancel your subscription
Apple handles billing, so you cancel in Apple's settings. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Shayr and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
Steps
In Shayr, open Settings, then Manage Subscription, and tap Manage in App Store. The row says Cancel, upgrade or downgrade via Apple. It opens Apple's subscription page.
Or open your iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Choose Shayr and tap Cancel Subscription. Confirm.
After you cancel
- You keep Bussin or GOAT until the end of the period you paid for.
- Then your account has no plan, and the app locks. See Plans and limits for what that means for your data.
- If you move to a lower plan instead of cancelling, the change happens at the end of the period too. Your data stays. Features the lower plan does not include lock with an upgrade prompt, and banks above the new cap stay connected, but you cannot add new ones.
- A billing problem, such as a declined card, also stops access until it is fixed.
- You can subscribe again any time.
What does not cancel it
Deleting the app, signing out or deleting your Shayr account does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancel first.
Shayr has no cancel button of its own, and we cannot cancel it for you because Apple holds the billing.
If something goes wrong
I do not see Shayr under Subscriptions.
You may have bought it with a different Apple ID, or your plan comes from someone in your household.
I want a refund.
Request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
